DESCRIPTION

 

The role of accumulators in the EH oil system of steam turbines:

 

1. The accumulator device in the EH oil system of the steam turbine is essential equipment for the EH oil system of the unit. After the EH oil pump is started, the oil pump supplies oil to the system and also fills the accumulator. When the system uses a large amount of oil in an instant, the accumulator will participate in the oil supply. The EH pil pump outlet accumulator is used to absorb the high-frequency pulsation component of the oil pump outlet and stabilize the system oil pressure.

2. The high-pressure accumulator is located on the outer side of the high-pressure main steam valve-high-pressure regulating steam combined valve on the left and right sides of the steam turbine, and is connected with the high-pressure oil-feeding pipe. The function is that when the oil pump suddenly loses power, they can supply the EH Oil system. Oil to keep the system working properly in a short time.

3. The low-pressure accumulator is connected to the pressurized return oil pipeline. When the mechanism is braked and the load is dumped, all the actuators drain the oil, and some of the oil is flushed into the low-pressure accumulator. The oil discharge increases, and the oil pressure decreases. The oil is released.
